9:
Who will join the chorus of peace
We all have the ability to think about our lives and make our own choices. We all will make the daily decisions determining both the course of our individual lives and the course of existence. No matter who we are or what type of abilities we have, we all have choices to make. Many individuals want to escape the reality and insecurity of guiding our own existence within a world of constant change. If we can't escape on our own, dominators are all too eager to help us. We are provided with a barrage of mindless entertainment and properly influenced breaking news to occupy our minds. We're not supposed to consider our choices in life. We're not supposed to realize that we are being distracted and misinformed as we plug ourselves into dominated outlets of information. We may never consider the possibility that we are being led down a destructive path even though everything seems normal, peaceful, justified and necessary. Dominators would love to have everyone isolated in their own homes gazing at a one-way media screen. They want us to be plugged into a specific image of life. Dominators will do anything to create people with no reason or time to think. Dominators are not happy that we have gathered here to share information. Dominators can organize an entire society according to the choices benefiting them the most. By following the explanations established by dominators, we will be rewarded for supporting our team in a war of all against all. We might be given more money or a fancy title or a free pass to eternal bliss if we do exactly what we are told. Will we follow the misguided and destructive path of existing within a war of all against all? Isn't now a good time to end the war? Isn't now a good time to recognize that we are all part of the same community of life? We can choose means of peace at any time. We can't just reject war and expect peace to follow. Many people think that escape is a reasonable means for protesting war. The protest always ends as individuals return to means of war or remain within an endless state of escape. We can't escape war. We must globally discredit it while promoting means of peace. Neither peace nor war removes the mysteries and challenges everyone faces in life. Neither choice rejects competition. Neither choice determines our solutions, governments or values. The difference is how we approach the problems and organize our efforts and goals. Will you choose peace? 8: So is that it? Do we just need to be the leaders of our own existence and choose peace on Earth as our goal? If that is the case, then life is more difficult and confusing than when we started. Are we really supposed to make the decisions in our lives while also trying to distinguish between peaceful leaders and dominators? Even if we make the logical decision to stop fighting within a war of all against all and enjoy a peaceful existence, do we know how to live on a daily basis? Even if everything is done in favor of peace, we still face the problem of communicating, understanding and achieving the diverse approaches to the goal of peace. We make choices according to the information we have and each individual will interpret the various forms of information in different ways. Can we accept written or verbal messages of peace as perfectly calculated plans? Does everyone know exactly what the messenger was trying to say? Does the messenger know exactly what to say or how to express it? Are all interpretations of language free of error? For example, the word domination has been used as a negative concept within the circle of life. Does this mean that domination is always a negative concept in every situation? Is it wrong for an athlete to be dominant within competition? The word master could have been used instead. Would the word master have been understood within the context of a master craftsman or in the context of a master of enslaved individuals? A simple word such as fit can redefine our entire outlook on life depending on how the word is understood and applied. Is survival of the fittest based on who is the strongest, the richest, or the smartest? For many people, the phrase "survival of the fittest" refers to the survival of species who fit within healthy communities of life. If we recognize that language and communication have inherent problems, then what happens when the language is translated? Not only may the words take on new meanings and definitions, but they also will be interpreted by different cultural standards. In some cultures, the term peace is automatically associated with the word weak. In other cultures, the word peace is defined as the strongest and most courageous value of existence. Dominators want to craft the language of our choices just as much as they want to misinform us of our choices in life. We can be conditioned to fear or automatically reject certain words through constant repetition and conditioning. The word competition provides a perfect example. Some people maintain that if we don't support a war of all against all then we don't support competition. Is a war of all against all the only form of competition? Do Olympic athletes lose their lives if they don't win a medal? Does the scientific method maintain that wrong theories will be punished by firing squad? Does the marketplace of ideas have superior champions so mature that the marketplace can be closed? There are countless forms of peaceful competition. War and competition are not the same concepts. A war of all against all isn't a natural law; it is a human choice. We don't have to exist within a constant state of war. We can compete peacefully. There is a difference between free competition and fair competition. Competition is very useful in our effort to exist in peace, but only if it is legitimate. Domination and war in the mask of competition is easily recognizable and will be met with constant non-violent protest. 7: Do we have reason for caution The effort to exist together in peace must be done very carefully. Some of us might want to change things very quickly. We might realize that our families and values are being put in jeopardy by dominators and the means of war. However, the path to a peaceful existence can't be achieved through any type of violent revolution or action. Violent revolutions create chaos and fear while promoting the means of war. Dominators wanting power for their own interests have the greatest chance of victory within the conditions of war and chaos. Violent revolutions quickly become a power struggle between different groups of dominators. Even if a violent revolution has peace as the goal, the means of war establish the priorities of domination and violence. Peaceful leaders wanting to maintain a healthy circle of life have the worst chance of success in any violent or chaotic situation. In fact, dominators often send a community into war and chaos on purpose. Dominators want to disrupt peace. They want to maintain the image and conditions of a war of all against all. They want us to be afraid and in constant search of their protection. There are plenty of extremist groups willing to start violent revolutions with a little motivation, freedom and resources provided by dominators. Once the chaotic environment is created, the most powerful dominators will establish control of the situation through means of war. What happens if peace is the goal only for a certain part of the community of life? Wouldn't our attempt at existing together just be a way of organizing our individual team to fight within a war of all against all? This has happened many times in human history and it always ends in destruction. A specific course of action will also fail if one group of individuals establish themselves as the leaders. We all are the leaders who influence the course of history. Any organized group promoting the goals of peace can be controlled, corrupted, alienated, dominated or destroyed. Dominators can use their influence over mainstream society to label the group as crazy, radical, violent, illogical or evil. They will attach certain buzzwords to the leaders because we have been conditioned to react with immediate fear, anger and rejection when certain buzzwords are used. Anyone searching for a peaceful existence within the community of life will endure constant criticisms. Dominators will do whatever is necessary to distract people from listening to messages of peace. They will attempt to remove or hide the messages from mainstream outlets at all costs. If individuals begin to hear about new options of peace, then dominators will destroy the message. They will call it illogical and alarmist while filling the society with misinformation about the possibilities of new explanations. They will try to personally discredit or destroy any individual willing to reject the rewards of supporting a war of all against all. We continue to discover new abilities and technologies allowing messages of peace to challenge the misinformation of the dominators. The internet allows us to communicate with each other in the absence of dominated filters. Open access on the internet is a threat to dominators. Dominators rely on dominated outlets of information and misinformation campaigns because it is impossible to wage a clean argument against the goal of peace. Dominators want the internet to be a one-way media screen in order to continue defining the image of life we have. Will we just accept the information being presented to us or will we search for information and communicate with each other? We can use our talents and our voices to keep information open and available. We can use our skills to communicate with each other as a community of friends. 6: What can we do The problem is that once we decide to strive toward the goal of peace, we will all have our own vision for how the community of life should progress. We all will make mistakes in our attempts to achieve peace on Earth. Mistakes are only detrimental if we lose track of our goal. There isn't a calculated plan for how everything is supposed to function. There isn't a magical balance of equality, freedom and authority that we just need to figure out. None of us are mature enough to provide exact or final solutions. We all have different ideas and solutions for solving our problems. This is not a bad thing since we all have unique problems to solve. The solutions will need to change as the problems and mysteries in life continue to change. We learn by example and many examples will be necessary. This is similar to the process of teaching someone how to swim. The first step is to choose between fighting with the water or cooperating with the water. Once the decision is made to cooperate with the water, a swimmer can choose between the breaststroke, the backstroke, the butterfly or any other type of swimming style. As the conditions of the water change, different forms of swimming will be appropriate. They all are very different, but each one results in the wonderful feeling of swimming instead of thrashing around in the water until drowning. It just depends upon what our goal is. The different approaches to the goal of peace involve more than just a choice between different methods and solutions. Everyone will base their decisions on different values, environments, histories, beliefs and numerous other aspects of our natural diversity. Since we all are different, there is no possibility of finding an exact set of solutions to solve all of our problems for all time. We can achieve long-term security and prosperity through peace on Earth if enough of us support and promote it as our individual goal. We all have the ability to choose peace. We all have the ability to pursue the goal of peace on Earth. We all can apply our own institutions, religions, cultures, traditions, beliefs and existence to the goal of peace. 5: Peace is a global movement Dominators have a standard argument for defeating peace. The argument maintains that if our team chooses peace, then another team will destroy our team through the means of war. Because of this, our team must always choose means of war in order to protect ourselves. In economic terms, the same argument maintains that companies can't provide adequate working conditions or environmental protections because other companies would be able to dominate the marketplace. Sound familiar? This argument only works if we continue thinking of ourselves as separate teams. Individuals all over the world support the goal of peace. Dominators will have a difficult time attacking other parts of life if there are millions of individuals communicating with each other across all borders while protesting and defeating obvious acts of domination and dictatorship. We can choose to seek peace as our goal. We can join together and lead ourselves to peace on Earth. Countless non-governmental organizations, civic groups, government agencies and individuals are already dedicated to the goal of peace on Earth. Our existence will flourish in harmony as we discover the benefits of choosing to exist in peace. If our leadership pursues the goals of war and domination, then our community of life will be used to fight, dominate and destroy each other. On the other hand, we all have the ability to strive toward the goal of achieving a peaceful existence. This makes a difference to all of us. Within means of war, any difference between us is a reason for conflict. Since natural differences always exist, there will always be justifications for violence if we choose to exist within a state of war. In war, nations destroy other nations, races destroy other races, religions destroy other religions, genders destroy other genders and humans destroy nature as the circle of life increasingly finds itself weak and near death. We can't think of dominators as a certain country, race, religion or gender. Means of war and domination are thoughts and actions that all of us are capable of. We all are born with the ability to think and we all are born with the ability to choose between means of peace and war. We will always have the choice of peace and war within ourselves and within our communities. Are we leading or are we being led? Where? It is our choice to make. 4: We can't lose faith in our efforts Do we have the courage to choose between peace and war or will we let someone else make the decision for us? Will we simply try to escape from our ability to think? Will we seek information or will we just digest it when it is put in front of us? Some people think things will never change. The only reason some of us find ourselves within a war of all against all is because that is how we have decided to live. We all have the ability to choose peace at any moment. Dominators quickly lose their shine when confronted with truth, compassion, and peace. We will no longer be afraid. We will refuse to fight in a misguided and destructive war of all against all. Many individual, expert, and government leaders are choosing peace on Earth as their goal. Many of us have the courage and confidence necessary to reject a war of all against all. Most of us have already made the decision not to support violence and domination. We won't support dominators who destroy the hopes of a peaceful community of life. We will never forget that existing together in peace is common sense. We all have the ability to be messengers of peace and we all will do it in our own unique way. You can see peaceful leaders everywhere when you begin looking for them. Be one of them. Even if the violence of war isn't reduced in the next year, the next decade, or the next generation, the intelligence on this planet is very young and very innovative. Humanity will continue to learn how to exist within a peaceful, balanced, legitimate, healthy and abundant community of life. We have already made enormous strides in the effort to exist in peace. We can witness the strength of peace everywhere we look. We should be especially proud of our accomplishments considering the time frame. It was only a relatively short time ago when we first had the ability to see our community of life within a picture taken from space. Many things have been accomplished because individuals refuse to give up on peace. There are parts of the world that enjoy remarkable balances of freedom and equality. There are parts of the world where profit is not the only value of existence. The number of individuals allowed to seek individual, vocational, intellectual and spiritual goals within a community of friends is increasing dramatically. Anything is possible and the smallest changes can make a difference. At one time, no one thought it would be possible for recycling efforts to be successful. Everyone thought it was impossible for people to make the individual decision that we shouldn't just foolishly waste our natural resources. The more people talked about it, the more recycling caught on. Young people now grow up in recycling communities and just accept it as a normal and logical part of life. Everything evolves and we all are a part of it. Renewing ourselves as peaceful leaders can be a difficult process because many of us never consider that we might be supporting means of domination. There seems to be a natural progression that people go through. First, we deny new information because we want to protect and support our explanations and teams. As we begin to discover traces of domination, we often become angry because things we hold dear appear to be tarnished. Then, we become depressed because the forces of domination appear firmly in control. Then we stop focusing on what is wrong and we remember how beautiful life is. We notice wonderful things being done by so many diverse individuals in so many diverse places. Ultimately, we achieve a sense of peace because we realize that peace is everywhere. Peace is within us. Peace can never be defeated. We can have confidence in the future of life. Dominators provide many short cuts and
make it very easy to just accept the choices and identity given to us.
We may be too fascinated or fearful to follow what is in our hearts.
Any individual who chooses peace has the confidence, courage and determination
of a young rebel. |
